Spreadsheets and email
Who tested what, and what happened, lives in a dozen files and inboxes. When the update breaks something in production, nobody can say whether it was checked.
For insurance agencies
ValiBench is the testing bench for your agency management system and every other system you depend on. Ready-made scripts, results with proof, findings tracked with the vendor, manager and executive sign-off, and a record you can hand to an auditor.
Vendor-neutral. Works with whichever systems your agency runs.
Who tested what, and what happened, lives in a dozen files and inboxes. When the update breaks something in production, nobody can say whether it was checked.
The agency management system is one of twenty. Finance, CRM, document management, e-signature, payments: each one updates, and each one can take a workflow down with it.
Executives want to know it's safe to go live. Examiners and auditors want to see the evidence. A green checkmark in a spreadsheet convinces neither.
How it works
Load the vendor's release notes. ValiBench links each change to the scripts that cover it and shows what has no script yet. Set the testing window; the calendar shows every system's dates.
Testers follow ready-made, vendor-neutral scripts for their department and record exactly what happened, with screenshots that cover personal and health details automatically. Reminders go out; backups cover anyone away.
Every concern and failure becomes a finding with a workaround and a vendor case, tracked through retest. The status turns green, orange or red by rules your agency sets.
Department managers and executives sign off against a checklist: every script has a result, nothing critical is still failing, findings are filed. From a desk or a phone, with a full audit trail.
A quick production check, a staff announcement drafted from the cycle's own records, and an issue log for the first days. Then the history, trends and reports stay for the next cycle and the next audit.

Script build service: ValiBench can write your agency's own scripts from your procedures, as a one-time service. Ask about it in your pricing request.
Vendor management add-on · any package
Bank-owned agencies and others answering to a parent, a regulator or an examiner get a separate Vendor management section, seen only by that department and administrators.
Upload a vendor's SOC report. ValiBench reads it, checks it against a SOC 2 minimum standard and your own rules, shows the page each fact came from, and rates it Effective, Adequate or Needs attention with the reasons. The reviewer confirms, records the decision, and prints an executive report.
Agreements, SOC bridge letters, evidence of coverage, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certificates and AI documentation, read clause by clause against a standard your agency edits. Each finding quotes the document and says where it falls short; recommendations are ready for the negotiation.
Built for scrutiny
ValiBench never connects to or changes your agency's systems. People test by hand and record what they find. Your test data is fictional records, never a real client.
Screenshots are checked before they're saved and personal or health details are covered. Uncovered images never leave the browser.
Single sign-on with Microsoft, Google or Okta; two-step sign-in; security groups by role; every sign-in, change and decision in the audit log.
Your agency's data lives in a US data center, encrypted in transit and on encrypted storage, and is exportable in one file whenever you ask.
Each agency's data is separate from every other's. Administrators decide who sees what, by role and department.
ValiBench is working through SOC 2 readiness now. Ask for our security overview; it answers the usual questionnaire in one document.
