ValiBench™

Do not disturb: testing in progress

Go live without crossing your fingers.

Your AMS is only the start. Finance, CRM, payments and security all ship updates too, usually at the worst possible moment. ValiBench tests every one of them in one place: 538 ready-made scripts across 23 systems, one calendar for every release, and a sign-off your leadership and auditors can rely on.

Built for insurance agencies. Vendor-neutral: works with whichever systems your agency runs.

A testing cycle moving from Plan through Test, Review and Sign-off to Go-live, with a status that turns green November update · AMS Status: Green Plan Test Review Sign-off Go-live CL-04 · Issue a certificate of insurancePassed AC-02 · Post a premium paymentPassed PL-07 · Endorse a personal auto policyConcern

Every update is a promise. Test it.

Small release. Big surprises.

One release can quietly change how policies issue, payments post, people sign in or the books close. Finding out after go-live costs time, revenue and client trust.

Testing lives everywhere and nowhere

Every system has its own release schedule. Scripts hide in spreadsheets, results in inboxes, screenshots on desktops. Nobody can say what was actually tested.

"Are we good?" deserves a real answer

Principals want a clear yes or no, plus the list of what is still open with the vendor. Not a shrug.

The Suite

Every system you run. One bench.

ValiBench sorts your systems into three groups, each with ready-made scripts. Pick a system, start a cycle, and it lands on one shared calendar.

How the bench works

Here's how the bench works.

Test scripts for every system

Scripts ready before your coffee is

Every system and department gets its own step-by-step scripts. Testers see a to-do list, record a result, and the next script moves straight up. No scrolling, no hunting, no excuses.

  • Clear results (passed, passed with concern, failed, not applicable), each with high, medium or low severity.
  • Ready-made scripts for the systems in your package: the AMS in The Anchor, plus the three systems you choose in The Anchor Plus 3. Edit them, write your own or import the ones you keep in Excel for those systems. The Full Grid opens all 538 scripts across 23 systems, and systems of your own.
  • Run several testing cycles side by side, one for each system that is releasing.

Release notes sorted by AI

Know what changed before it changes you

Drop in the vendor's release notes, in any format. AI sorts every change into break fixes, bugs, new features and configuration, so your team starts with a map, not a mystery.

  • Each new feature creates a configuration item covering the setup required and the security access to grant.
  • Link every change to the scripts that test it, and see at a glance what isn't covered yet.
  • Testers can read the notes; only administrators can change them.

Progress and follow-up

See who's done, and who's "almost done"

Track the whole cycle at a glance, tester by tester. The chase list writes the reminders, so you don't have to.

  • Cycle totals for scripts tested, clean results, findings and testers behind.
  • A single reminder per person, covering everything they still owe; backups cover anyone who's away.

Findings, reporting and vendor cases

Every problem, packaged and on the record

Concerns and failures roll up on their own, and the executive status report writes itself from live results, ready to send.

  • Vendor cases package each finding with its screenshots and supporting documents, and track it from filing through retest.
  • Every cycle follows the same path: plan, test, review, retest, manager sign-off, executive sign-off and go-live. Then it's filed in History.

Users and security

Everyone gets exactly the keys they need

Administrators invite people and hand out roles. Nobody sees more than they should. Staff sign in with Microsoft, Google or Okta, or their own password with two-step sign-in.

  • Administrator: manages users, scripts, cycles and the subscription.
  • Tester: records results for assigned departments and scripts.
  • Department Manager: signs off on the review of each testing cycle.
  • Executive: gives the final sign-off before an update goes live.
  • View only: reviews progress, findings, sign-off and history without making changes.

The playbook

Same steps. Every system. Every time.

A finance release runs just like an AMS release. The built-in Playbook walks your administrator from release notes to audit report, so nothing depends on someone's memory.

  1. 1

    Review the release notes

Upload the notes and let AI organize the changes. Complete configuration and security access.

  2. 2

    Prepare the cycle

Put the dates on the calendar, confirm the scripts and assignments, then send the kickoff.

  3. 3

    Test and record

Testers work through their to-do list, recording results with notes and screenshots.

  4. 4

    Review and retest

Review findings with your vendor, retest the fixes and share the executive status report.

  5. 5

    Sign off and close

The department manager signs off on the review, an executive gives the final sign-off, and the cycle is filed in History.

In every package

Everything a release needs. Nothing it doesn't.

  • Go-live sign-off. Department manager sign-off on the review, then executive sign-off before go-live. Either can send a cycle back for retesting.
  • Retesting after fixes. Each vendor case is tracked from discovery to filing, fix, retest and closure, so you know which issues are truly resolved.
  • Critical scripts. Mark the workflows your agency can't operate without. A failure prompts a same-day vendor report and holds sign-off.
  • Release-note coverage. Every change in the release is linked to the script that tests it, so nothing reaches production untested.
  • Change management tickets. Ticket details prepared for whichever change management system you use, plus a findings report with every supporting document.
  • Screenshot privacy check. Client names, addresses and health details are blacked out before any screenshot is saved. The original image is never stored.
  • Import your spreadsheets. Bring the test scripts you already keep in Excel or CSV for the systems in your package, ready to use.
  • Script library. 538 ValiBench scripts across The Anchor, What Keeps the Lights On and The Power Grid, written for any vendor's system; your package decides which systems' scripts you use. Search, reuse and save your own templates.
  • Safe test data. A shared library of fictional clients and policies, so testing never relies on a real client's record.
  • Trends across releases. Compare quality release over release and spot the issues that keep coming back.
  • Audit log. A complete record of who recorded each result, changed a script or signed off, and when, ready for your auditors.
  • Unlimited accounts. Testers, managers, executives and administrators: priced by package, never by user.
  • Single sign-on. Microsoft, Google Workspace or Okta, with two-step sign-in and security groups by role.
  • Ask Vali. In-app help that answers in plain words, plus a full guide library.
  • Export everything. Results, findings, scripts, users and the audit log, at any time. Your data always remains yours.

Why ValiBench

Built for agency people, not software testers.

Most test tools are built for engineers. ValiBench is built for the people who keep an agency running, and who test between phone calls.

Packages

Priced by package, not by user.

Every person at the agency gets an account. Your bill depends on how many systems you test, and nothing else. Pricing is shared on request.

Vendor management add-on · any package

For agencies that must review their vendors' reports and agreements.

Bank-owned agencies and others answering to a parent, a regulator or an examiner get a separate Vendor management section, seen only by that department and administrators.

ValiSR · SOC report validation

Upload a vendor's SOC report. ValiBench reads it, checks it against a SOC 2 minimum standard and your own rules, shows the page each fact came from, and rates it Effective, Adequate or Needs attention with the reasons. The reviewer confirms, records the decision, and prints an executive report.

ValiCR · Agreement and document review

Agreements, SOC bridge letters, evidence of coverage, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certificates and AI documentation, read clause by clause against a standard your agency edits. Each finding quotes the document and says where it falls short; recommendations are ready for the negotiation.

Built for scrutiny

No installs. No lock-in. No fine print.

Plays well with every vendor

Independent of all of them. ValiBench never connects to or changes your agency's systems: people test by hand and record what they find, using fictional records, never a real client.

Nothing to install

Runs securely in any modern browser, and on a phone for sign-offs. Your IT team can relax.

Set up with you, not for you

We sit down with your team, set up your systems, scripts and roles, and get your first testing cycle ready together. Want us to write your scripts too? Send us your procedures.

Personal details stay out

Screenshots are checked before they're saved and personal or health details are covered. Uncovered images never leave the browser.

Sign-in your IT team will accept

Single sign-on with Microsoft, Google or Okta; two-step sign-in; security groups by role; every sign-in, change and decision in the audit log.

Hosted in the United States

Your agency's data lives in a US data center, encrypted in transit and on encrypted storage, and is exportable in one file whenever you ask.

One agency, one boundary

Each agency's data is separate from every other's. Administrators decide who sees what, by role and department.

Built to SOC 2 standards

ValiBench is designed and run around the SOC 2 trust services criteria: access control, encryption, logging, change management and incident response. Ask for our security overview; it answers the usual questionnaire in one document.
